This client provides office supplies to large and mid-sized corporations across the world.
We organized several important conventions and events for Guilbert, including a major Convention at Disney World in Paris.
During this three-day event, 1,000 participants attended.
We created during this event a mini tradeshow of all Guilbert suppliers so the Guilbert sales force could get to better know their contacts and their suppliers' products.
The sales force also participated in several workshops specifically designed for this event. |

For this corporate event, 500 guests spent the whole evening enjoying a Love Boat theme.
To enter the ballroom, the guests walked onto a footbridge in front of a décor recreating the side of a huge cruise ship. Each guest received a flower necklace (Hawaii style) and all of the waiters were dressed as sailors. |

This original idea was completed with mini cabaret shows (which included an imitation of Marilyn Monroe singing Happy Birthday) and a gift for every guest given in person by Father Christmas at the end of the event.
This spectacular event was held in the unique setting of the famous Grevin Wax Museum in Paris. |

During a two-year period, we organized hundreds of sales “blitzes” events at the location of all of the major software wholesalers that generate more than 80% of all Microsoft sales.
It was during this momentous project that we invented a new kind of blitz event that proved to be very successful. In fact, the blitz events were so successful that sales often increased by more than 20% during a blitz.
There were several feature articles written about our invention in a number of specialized magazines.
To stimulate and emulate the sales forces, our decorators set up a surprising decoration of the telemarketing floors, each time with a different theme. Rewards could be won by any of the sales people and not only by the best two or three, as is often the case in such challenges. |

Just after the last eclipse of the millennium ended, we hosted an exceptional reception in the private cellars of Champagne Pommery in Rheims, in the presence of Jessye Norman, political leaders and celebrities.
The event consisted of a candle-light luncheon with exquisite food and the tasting of six different champagnes. There was also a private visit of the cellars and the installations.
Most of the luncheon guests arrived at the event by traveling to Rheims aboard the famous Orient Express, which we had specially privatized for that day. The trip consisted of a voyage of luxury between Paris and Rheims, with caviar and champagne served and musicians playing easy-listening music during the journey. |
